We offer a one time free sample service to all new customers.
Any items of our products may be purchased (as samples) up to a maximum total of 500USD. If your first order is made within 6 months of receiving the samples, the 500USD sample fee will be reimbursed or deducted from your 1st invoice if it is 8000USD or more.
The samples will be delivered via SAL postal, which takes 7-15 days.

Standard Export Packing:
In general, bulk pack is provided for one unit in one export carton. Each individual item is wrapped in plain paper, and accompanied with super dry (silica gel) packet for moisture prevention. It is then buffered with several layers of papers for extra protection before placing into a 5 layers cardboard master case. Medium and Tall vases may be individual packed for safety and care delivery. A single inner boxes and wooden crate can be provided upon requested.

Freight Insurance:
To avoid a risk of damage from transportation, the client can buy an ocean insurance. The ocean insurance premium cost is approximately 1% of the cargo value. It is our custom to enclose the insurance policy with the invoice and B/L to all customers.
Claim and Return:
We aim to guarantee full satisfaction to all customers. For any damages or defects in the product itself, please inform us in writing with full explanation within 15 days after receiving the goods (counting from the date of delivery on Airway Bill or on B/L). Also please send back one of the damaged items as evident and for investigation. We will refund in full amount to you, or reimburse it to your future invoice. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by transportation should the investigation reveals so (customers should refer to transportation insurance).
Cancellation:
Normally the goods are manufactured upon any order that is confirmed with a deposit. For cancellation due to any reasons, the deposit is non-refundable, since we have to absorb the stock of unexpected cargo loss.
Handicraft Advisory:
It is normal in this line of industry that all hand-made products do vary in the size, weight, color, and pattern. Also because Marbling is a design of natural wood, each item is therefore unique. So the items that you receive may be slightly different from the pictures in our Brochure, Catalog or Web site. Our standard quality control tolerates 5% variation in terms of product size, weight, color, and pattern. Items that pass our quality control are accepted as normal.
