Factory and Process

	Plant area		Mangowood are chopped down and separated for selected size and product
	Mangowood is shaped by a turning process using our traditional cutting tool		A vase is craft from a one solid mangowood. The craftman manually take an inner wood out
	The turned mangowood are put into an oven to dehydrate the moisture, taking 4-10days depend on product sizes		Mangowood vases are raw finished carving
	Trays are craft to shape by a kind of traditional tool.		Trays are carved in shape, then we manually sand to smoothen the surface
	Storage for next process		Coloring and lacquering to rich sheen before drying under sunbeam to make sure the vases are fully dry Quality Concrol every piece for the last process
	Do the final QC of the finished products and storing for packing

Packing&Loading

We are packing with plain paper before placing the products in the master carton Shredded paper is placed at the bottom and around the box to good protection.
